Chocolate Break Up

I tried this candy for the first time about a year ago and have bought it ever since It is excellent!!!!

I usually buy 5 pounds of the break up chocolate at a time. I use it in frosting recipes. My favorite use is for making ganache. The chocolate melts easily and smoothly. I use the ganache as frosting and as a topping for ice cream, cream puffs, etc. The taste is divine. My husband and grandchildren love it. I love David Bradley for my baking needs. It's simply the best.

I buy the dark break up very often and enjoy it very much (not for baking, but for eating as is). Unfortunately, it does not last too long, even though I purchase two pounds every time. The problem is that your place is way too close to where we live. Actually, I am very glad that you are nearby.97

I love dark chocolate. I have eaten all kinds of dark chocolate from the least expensive at the local candy store to high end, such as Godiva, Jacques Torres and the like. None of them compare to the dark chocolate break up at David Bradley's. I have tasted several David Bradley dark chocolate products and they are all absolutely delicious. I love it so much that I could be the poster child for David Bradley dark chocolate.

A very good chocolate without the strong sugar taste like in the grocery stores.

This is the best Chocolate I've had in a very long time. My first visit was over Christmas, just made a number of purchases for Valentines day and plan on coming back quite often. Easy location, great staff.
