Quality Guarantee

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in its original condition at the address you provide.
If you're not satisfied with the quality upon arrival, contact us within 20 days with a detailed explanation including a receipt and photos.
We’ll help with a replacement or exchange.

  • Replacements will be shipped within 10 days.
  • Claims without proper support (photo proof and receipt) will not be accepted.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • David Bradley reserves the right to limit replacements.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the address you provide as long as it includes all necessary details (street, suite, etc.) to ensure delivery.

We can’t guarantee delivery if:

  • The address is incorrect or outdated
  • The recipient isn’t available
  • The delivery is affected by weather, theft, or carrier issues

If your order is returned or needs to be rerouted, extra charges may apply.
